Refund and Return Policy for Evamavel

At EvaMavel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward Refund and Returns Policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is hassle-free.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and with original packaging).
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products damaged or altered after delivery

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@evamavel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to return your item.

  3. Ship the Product: Package the item securely, ensuring it is in its original condition, and send it to the address provided by our support team. Please retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected on your original payment method.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same procedure as above. Once we receive the original item in good condition, we will send you the new product. If there is a price difference, we will issue a refund or charge the appropriate amount.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@evamavel.com. We will arrange for a return and either provide a replacement or process a full refund, including return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. In some cases, the refund may be issued in the form of store credit or gift card if preferred.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order (e.g., sending the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


7. Late Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day return period, we may still accept the return, but it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price. Returns made after 60 days will not be accepted.
